Inefficient Search Process
Navigating the grid can be time-consuming. To optimize search, use a technique called “scanning by quadrant”. Divide the grid into four quadrants and focus on one quadrant at a time, reducing the area you need to search.
Struggling with Clues
Clues can be tricky. When faced with a difficult clue, try breaking it down into smaller parts. Identify the key words and look for synonyms or alternative meanings. Consider the context of the puzzle and use any revealed letters to your advantage.
Distractions and Lack of Focus
Mindless scrolling can hinder concentration. To combat this, set a timer and focus intently during the timed session. Eliminate distractions by finding a quiet spot or using noise-canceling headphones. Take breaks as needed to clear your mind and come back refreshed.
