Many Tarnished struggle to locate the Carian Filigreed Crest to progress in Thiollier’s questline. The crest is hidden within a four belfry puzzle that requires the player to hit them in a specific order.

To solve the belfry puzzle, follow these steps: from Raya Lucaria Grand Library, hit the towers in this order: left, right, left, right, right. After each hit, quickly return to the library to avoid damage from the lightning strike.
Additional Tips
If you’re still having trouble, try resting at a Site of Grace and attempting the puzzle again. Additionally, equip any items that increase your hearing, such as the Silver Tear Mask, to make the sound cues from the towers more noticeable.
